We have ordered so many frames through this company, and I continue to be completely satisfied with our purchases- here’s why: The frames are high quality. The colors are true to color, at least based on my phone. The shipping is fast. The frames that we’ve ordered have been wood, and they are good quality wood. 99% of the time they arrive in great condition, ready to hang on the wall. IMPORTANTLY, in the case that they don’t, I have contacted the company through a message in my Amazon account upon receipt of the frame, and included pictures of the damage to the frame, and they have immediately sent out a replacement via fast shipping. When this has happened, they have told me to keep the frame, throw it out, or donate it. (When this has happened, I have donated it.) We have ordered large frames from them, think 20 x 30. We have ordered small frames from them, think 6 x 9. In all cases we have been satisfied with the frames and the customer service. Just a note based on some reviews that I’ve read for this company: smaller frames will come with glass, larger frames will come with plexiglass, larger and smaller frames come with the metal tabs on the back of the frame, all frames come with sturdy cardboard as the back (the cost is in the frame itself, rather than the backing): all of these are perfectly fine for us, and what we are looking for, but if any of these items are an issue for you, the frames might not be a good fit for you. Again, we love them and I highly recommend them. People are always complimenting our frames!
