Apart from the great value frames, that are lightweight, sturdy, and elegant looking, I am really impressed with the customer service from Craig's Frames. Some of my frames did not arrive as ordered, but they have been outstanding with rectifying the issue. Quickly replied to my email, sent out a replacement, and apologized for the inconvenience. I'm really impressed, and can't thank you enough for making my initial concern, a quick, and easy fix. You've been a pleasure to deal with, and can't wait to hang my poster frames in my new media room.
